|After hard training, normally weights I usually feel like sleeping. What is the reason for this? Should I allow myself to sleep?

|I always held my breath during lifting; bad form. Exhale while lifting the weight. If you hold your breath, you go anerobic and you'll be tired from lack of O2. Concentrate on breathing better and see what happens.
