1) They use Ultegra or Centaur components.
2) They wear a Pro "Kit"
3) They can't ride a straight line.
4) They mispronounce common cycling terms.
5) They have problems with their riding skills.
6) They they make jokes about lesser riders.

I used to shave my legs back when I raced mtn. bikes basically because it looked cool and everyone else did it. I still am not aware of any good reason for it (seeing as though my current financial situation does not allow for daily massage).

... you will not consider a new frame unless it's custom built.
... only get components that have to be special ordered.
... everything on the bike is CF except the headset, chain, and sprockets.

I approach a light as it turns red and notice a rider just ahead who made it through while it was green. The rider is continuing up the road in the direction that I will be traveling. As I wait for the light to change, I immediately designated that rider as my "minute man".
