To clean brake rubber off the rims, you can use steel wool or a Scotchbrite kind of scrubber. To get tire marks off the driveway, from when the kids are doing brodies, just sweep.
I can't think of anything else that gets brake marks, but normally they're not that hard to remove.
Meant rims- thanks.jjparkusa

I use spray Brake Parts Cleaner from an Auto Parts store. Put some on a paper towel and wipe. Cleans the braking surface of oils, etc. as well removing brake pad steaks.

If you mean off the rims, don't bother. The only time I clean them down is if I have been out in the rain and dirt/grime get attached.

Whenever I have to take a tire off I clean the rims with some nail polish remover on a cloth. You'll be surprised how much brake gunk comes off. Depending how meticulous you are, you could be there for days.
