|Just purchased my first set of Look cleats (former SPD guy) and would appreciate any suggestions on how I can be sure to dial in the angle just right. I'm okay on the fore/aft positioning, as the ball of my big toe is lined up over the pedal axle, but I'm afraid I'm not getting the side-to-side rotation set just right.
I realize that the ideal is probably a position that will line up my foot for a perfectly "straight" pedal stroke, but I'm thinking there has to be some rule of thumb for achieving that. I don't want to rely just on what might feel right, as I'd hate to be off just far enough to be doing damage to my knees without realizing it until it's too late.

|I've posted this a couple times. Real easy and spot on. I use this for new shoes and have no problems.|| |
