Well I finally did it. I ordered a set of FSA Carbon Pro Team Issue cranks to replace the Record 10 speed cranks. I also went with the FSA Platinium Pro titanium bottom bracket. The Vortex will be looking after they come in. I guess I'm just posting to feel better about buying them replacing a 3 month old set of Record cranks and bottom bracket plus there was no way I could justify the Campy carbon cranks. Good choice?
I'll let you know in 24 hours..Dave Hickey

I just replaced my Dura Ace cranks with the Weyless Carbon Team crankset. UPS is supposed to deliver them today. I too have been bitten by the bug....

You contemplating selling that crank? If so, what size, age, condition and how much?

They're 170mm 7410 Dura Ace in excellent condition. No scrapes and DA logos look like new. The crankarms where NOS I bought last year. They have about 1500 miles on them. I also have the 103 BB in either Italian(about 1000 miles) or English(about 3000miles).
I'd sell the arms(no rings) and 1 BB for $50 shipped.

That sounds like a great price but I need at least 172.5 and would like to try 175's. Never too soon to start looking for the winter projects.
Oh well. They're off to Ebay.... nmDave Hickey

Do me a favour and let me know your estimation on how easy it would be to remove the weyless logos from those cranks once you get your hands on them. Also your overall impressions of them would be handy too as I'm thinking about getting a pair. That logo isn't a show stopper for me but I think being able to safely remove it would be the carbon straw that finally broke the carbon camel's carbon wallet mmmmcarbon!
No go with the logo's. They're under the clear coat. nmDave Hickey
