I have already read the reviews, but are there any kg361 owners out there that would recommend that I buy one?

Thanks

Do it. You will love it. Guaranteed. Fairly light, stable, and with the same bb and chainstays as the 381i (read-stiff enough for out of the saddle climbing and sprinting). Plus,I see that some places are offering pretty good deals on them now. You'll also have the satisfaction of not being a Trek/C-dale/etc rider =). FWIW-if you ever need to deal with warranty claims, Veltec is pretty decent to deal with (not that you'll need it, but it's nice to know.)

Another happy owner here. Surprisingly responsive, rides
more like steel than monocoque carbon frames, and rides
a lot like the top of the line 381.

The only drawback is that it uses a 25 mm seatpost, which
limits your options.

Other than that, LOOK makes really nice bikes with really
nice build quality.

A local LBS that sells Looks has told me that they see very few warranty claims and that they rarely, if ever, need to align or do any work to Looks when building them up. Quality is very good, wayyyyyy better than a certain well known Italian bike co.......

I remember reading somewhere that LOOK frames are
shipped with the results of its stress testing included
in the box. Mine was already built up when I bought it,
did you get your frame's test results?

Thanks.

Though mine was new, I got it off e-bay and the guy that sold it to me didn't have it, so I don't know that to be true. My KG 271 that I bought from Nashbar about 4 yrs ago didn't have that info with it, FWIW.

a shop that just started carrying them said Look is likely going to be offering a lifetime warranty like Trek. Apparently they are improving their distribution, and more shops are carrying them. They should: they already have name recognition with their pedal line.
Have one and I love it!gav

I've had one for about a year now and it rocks! It handles well, is quite stiff for out of the saddle efforts but is still comfy! Tres nice!

Along with the others' comments, mine corners better than my other ride. Nice frame, no regrets, got mine at Excel for $799.
Corners like a rocket sled on rails =) nmKG 361
