Whenever someone asks whats the best upgrade for your bike? the answer will be wheels, because its rotating weight. I just got a new (lighter) wheelset, im wondering if buying new (lighter) pedals would prove any significance over something like a lighter seat or something non rotating.

thanks
yes but rotation speeds are much lower than in wheels...Bruno S

if your goal is to reduce weight and you already have the wheels look for the most bang for the buck.

rotational weight really only matters during acceleration and climbing-

-if you have cheap pedals, the real upgrade may be smoother bearings. I had a pair that had a bearing with a flat spot, and it drove me nuts...
