|In my attempt to take down the beast (J's Haiku Shop Surly) about 10 days ago, I hit my head pretty hard and cracked my 02 Specialized M-1 helmet. I got a great deal on it when I bought my bike and was not pleased about replacing it.
I called Specialized about their crash replacement and spoke with Ryan. To make a long story short, I 2 dayed the trashed helmet to them with $20 check and a letter begging them to try to have a replacement to me by today for a trip to Boone/Blowing Rock N.C. I figured this was a complete longshot. A brand new 03 M-1 (retails for $100) was sitting on my desk this morning when I got to work. What a shock. I'm very impressed with their service. I'm also pumped I don't have to wear my 4 year old $20 Giro this weekend.

|last year specialized in SLC replaced a king cobra (cracked/snapped "brain trust" stablizier) with that year's S1 ($150 at that time) for free, including fast shipping and no questions asked. i'd crashed a month before in a specialized mountain man helmet, told them, and they sent me a 20% off coupon for my next helmet purchase.
other transactions with specialized(.com) have been very positive--fast shipping, accurate order filling, and freebies. three thumbs up.

|I've ordered many products from Specialized.com and have been very pleased with all but the one that's currently pending. I bought a wireless 03 computer and it's been a pain to mount correctly and required two additional adapters to make it work correctly. One of them wasn't even mentioned on their website so I have to pay shipping twice. It's not entirely their fault though. On the whole, I find Speciliazed products and service top notch.|

|Just spoke to a delightful lady (whose name I forgot - nice short term) at Specialized who got everything squared away for me. She didn't even mind my idle chat about Seattle summer weather and my cycling endeavors. I'll use Specialized again and again. Thanks!|

|I bought a wheelset off a guy that he pulled off a Stumpy FSR and the fronnt had the 9mm skraxle hub. The wheelset didn't come with the skraxle (rather confused about that, it's not something you run to your LBS and pick up) so I called Specialized and the guy said he had one sitting on his desk and would send it. Two days later it's in my mailbox with not a single charge. Props to Specy

|They replaced a Stumpjumper frame for me that had a cartridge bottom bracket frozen in place. No questions asked. They included a new fork, seatpost, bottom bracket, headset and stem. The frame size had changed and none of the old parts fit. I figured that I was SOL, but Specilized really came through for me.|| |
