Jul 6, 2003 5:10 PM | | I did 20 miles ride on yesterday when it was 115 degree (index) out. I was sweating so much and felt dizzy so I had to chug down 2 large cold bottles of Gatorade, my stomach was churning for a few hours after. I will not go for another hard ride like that again. |
