bought some more tires, 2 of 1 brand, 1 of another brand. The two were correct, the one was wrong. never answered my email, I put them on corrective action.
bought some Assos bibs - order was correct, delivery was fast. took them off corrective action.
most recently, I had and order that really annoyed me. Ordered a TA Kheops cassette in red. I'd been hunting for one for some time. Ordered on Friday, 5/2. Charges hit my card on Monday, 5/5. I wait. I watch the order tracker. I wait some more. I notice it disappears from the order tracker. Finally on 5/27 I send an email. This time Mike answered "sorry, it's been discontinued, I'll send you a black one if you like and throw in a chain stay guard." I passed, my vanity called for red. I noticed he sent a credit to my card about the same time I asked.
Funny thing is the web site still shows the red TA casssettes available for sale. Hmmm. And, I managed to order one from xxcyle.com this week. Discontinued? who knows.
You'll certainly have an okay experience. Me though, I'm done with them.

|I hope your experience with xxcycle turns out better than mine. Last year around September 2002, I ordered a stem and handlebar tape from them. They immediately charged my credit card. When checking the status of my order it said, "waiting for restocking."(prior to ordering, their online store doesn't tell you whether an item is in or out of stock)After two weeks of "waiting for restocking" I decided to email them to cancel my order and to have them credit my credit card. Being that xxcycles is a French based company their reply was not in normal English but dicernable just the same. The message said "No refund" be patient and your order will be filled. Not knowing what the law is in this matter I said to myself "fu*k it" and never order from a French internet company again. Well, to their credit they did fill my order. It arrived in March 2003!|

|I was thinking the same thing, figuring it's only $100 so it might turn out to be a medium priced lesson. We'll see, they did charge my card immediately.|

|I bought a Look frame from them and it was a good experience. I would deal with them again. But beware that due to fluctuations in the exchange rate, the prices that they show in US dollars may not be up to date, so you should check one of the many web sites that list exchange rates.|
