I've found Vittorias fit narrow feet well.

I've found Nike to be the best fit for my unusually long bony feet. I've worn Adidas (needed 2 pairs of socks), Vittoria (3 pairs of socks), Sidi (2 pairs), Sidi Narrow (almost too narrow) and finally Nike -- they fit like a glove and are as comfortable as slippers.

Word of advice: go to your LPS (local PRO shop) and try on lots of shoes. If all else fails: http://www.rocket7.com/
