Nashbar bib question...(3 posts)

Nashbar bib question...MVN
Jun 29, 2003 5:55 PM
Anyone know how Nashbar bibs are sized, say compared to Voler's? I wear a large in Voler and it's snug but comfortable. Can any Nashbar users tell me what that would be in their size chart? Thanks for all replies.

I just got a set of nashbar bibs last week in a medium. I also just ordered a set of Voler's in a large. If you can sit tight until the end of the week I will give you a report.

BTW I am sending back the Nashbar bibs. I got the gel pad and it is too thick for me. The gel seemed to get pushed forward and there was a lump under a very sensitive area. It felt like I was riding on a knoted rope after about 10 miles. I don't know why I got a got a gel pad. I have never had one before. It may be a whole different story for the plain pad, but the Voler's were on sale.

My experience is that Voler bibs in a large were about as tight on me as Nashbar bibs in a Medium. Perhaps the volers were even a bit tighter, but close to the same.
