"Most successful" racers throughout history ?????rwsh
Jun 26, 2003 3:20 PM
There is a web site that analyzed the "best" road bike racers throughout history and rank ordered them (based on race and stage wins of all the classics).

I have been trying to find the web site again and cannot ..... any chance anybody knows it?

Thanks

that the worst you have to deal with is sprint nick (which is not all that bad at all in my opinion) anyway I regularly frequent the forum on Canadiancyclist.com. It's a different kind of forum all-together. You can expect 3 or 4 degrading flames in response to one serious request for info. Anyway the worst of them is a poster named "go-balls" I'm almost afraid to post his name in case he shows up here...His posts usually run something like the following..."I am the great go-balls...I will win tomorrows midweek crit. The rest of you jit-bags can stay at home with your training wheels and pink wicker baskets"...believe me podium bound has got nothing on go-balls

The Canadiancyclist.com site is so poor I seldom frequent it. I cannot imagine how terrible the forums might be...

yeah and they are as bad as you can imagine design/functionality wise....priceless for local cycling information though....just be prepared to weather the flame storm.
Will you be my hero?Sprint-Nick

Your just everything I think my hero should be. I mean by making an uncalled for jab and holding grudges.

Cheerio,
Nick

you are right, sorry. Was not meant as a jab at you but sorry anyway. Have a good day and ride strong and safely.

P.S. I hold no grudge against you. You and I have never even corresponded on this board. Cheers.

Nick has been reminded often enough that his approach on this board alienated many. But the lingering effects are growing stale.
Respond to posts, not the poster. nmdzrider
