I want to plan a trip from harrisburg to Albany. I don't know what to do to figure out a good bike route. Anybody have some suggestions?

Check with www.adventurecycling.org--they've probably got more nationwide route info than anyone.

you may want to contact them and see if they have a cue sheet for your ride: http://www.bikehighway.com/
If you have access to Microsoft's "Trips and Streets" and have a proposed route, this software will layout your route, cue-sheet and estimate your riding time based on your mph input...
