Last year my GF bought a Giant OCR 3. On the bottom of the top tube, about three inches behind the head tube, is a small hole with a little plastic plug in it. What the heck is this for?

also - small rant.. the frame is an extra large, (she's 6'1", but the bottle cage on the seat tube is wayyyy down on the frame. dumb.

It is so you can insert a pump peg to hold a frame pump.

Hi,

It could be for u to hang ur race number. Noticed that in some races. I ride OCR2-2002.
