|Last year my GF bought a Giant OCR 3. On the bottom of the top tube, about three inches behind the head tube, is a small hole with a little plastic plug in it. What the heck is this for?
also - small rant.. the frame is an extra large, (she's 6'1", but the bottle cage on the seat tube is wayyyy down on the frame. dumb.
|OCR1 has it too....Dunno what it's for. (nm)||emckee|

It could be for u to hang ur race number. Noticed that in some races. I ride OCR2-2002.
