I did some research through classicrendevouz site last year and rebuilt my 1978 Viscount Sebring. Thinking about getting a PC and paint job for sheets and giggles. Sort of one color PC and paint the head tube and line the lugs with paint and have some decals made. Been told by many that the frame is anywhere between "proprietary tubing" to 4130 chromoly to gas pipe, and since I am not sure I was going to have a decal made up describing all these possibilities. Still rides nice, sort of springy, and has early shimano 600 friction shifter drivetrain and 600 hubs laced to Wolber Alpine rims. And it has a steel fork, not the cast alu that broke without warning. Possibly one of the final production runs for that company.
