"We appreciate their pointing this out to us," said Stu Zakim, spokesman for Wenner Media, which publishes Men's Journal. "We don't want to do anything irresponsible, nor do we advocate irresponsible behavior. We're sorry, and we're going to address this in an upcoming issue."

This coming from a magazine that just published an article encouraging sports car owners to drive 75 MPH?

I read that today also. It pissed me off, especially b/c last night I was being an exercise bike jockey at the gym and overheard a couple of 2 Fast, 2 Furious 'studs' bragging about how they were doing 120mph on mines road, another popular cycling road in the east bay area.

Anyway, I also found this on the Mens Journal site, this is how they throw a bone to cyclists:

Actually, the article is probably written appropriately for their cycling audience.

I'm proud to be one of those who wrote to the editor when I heard about this article a week or so ago.
We DO make a difference!
