|I just received a response from Daily Peloton regarding my DVD purchase and they brought me up to speed as to the status of the delivery (to my satisfaction). Here's what they said to me:
Have you sent other emails regarding your order that perhaps I
have not received? I did receive your payment verification
(included in this email) but I sure have not seen any other
emails from you. The tone of your email makes it sound like we
have been ignoring you, but I assure you this is not the case.
The DVDs will begin shipping this week, but I sincerely doubt
that with the many orders we have received I will be able to send
out personalized notes to everyone.
Please do write again if you require an additional update.

|maybe it's just because i'm so conditioned to wait because i order so often from Europe, but it doesn't seem like this was really that much of a hassle. i'm waiting for the same DVD and i'm not anticipating any problems. should be an interesting flick.|

|I emailed them and asked about international order shipping. They came back the same day and told me of two options at different prices etc (very reasonable price too for the 4-6 week option to New Zealand).
I have now ordered.
Not every web retailer will be as helpful as they (Janna) has been. Many will only ship by $30US plus FedEx.
I get the impression that this is a small online retailer, not a large outfit ala Jensonusa.

|Daily Peloton is not a retailer at all. This is their first ever sale item.
Janna is very responsive to emails and I was disappointed to learn that she had received what she called "aggressive" emails over the weekend about the Hard Road sales. That was probably a far nicer description than was warranted.
People need to lighten up. This whole film was an essentially underground movement. No big production company or anything. People got way bent out of shape far too quickly.
Janna told me that they had gotten the processing of orders straightened out over the weekend and the DVDs would be shipping shortly.
