54miles and 5000ft climb up to Mt Wilson on saturday, 12 miles and 3000ft climb on Chaney trail on sunday. I've put cloudy and sunny pictures on

Below: 20% slope over there (as measured by my vetta V100A altimeter)

109 F -- that's impressive . . .ms

I hope that your knee is feeling better -- I had a similar injury on Sunday. I was "felled by a Clif Bar" at the USPRO race in Philadelphia. I was riding my bike on the sidewalk in the reverse of the course to reach the top of the Manayunk Wall. A Clif Bar car threw out some bars. A very large (and somewhat drunk) local jumped back to catch one and knocked me off my bike. I lost a couple layers of skin -- the blood flow was impressive. But the wound was very superficial.
I love your ride reports, but can I just say thatKristin

In this thumbnail, Christophe looks like he's wearing a pair of bad boy chaps and little else. I had to do a double take, but was disappointed when I opened the link and found he was wearing shorts. ;-)

THE PHOTO IS TOO BIG!!!!! I mean, with the Caltech thing going on, I'd think posting correctly-sized pics wouldn't be that tough. It really diminishes the enjoyment when it's necessary to scroll side-to-side to read the text or view a photo, and your reports are otherwise always good....
oops, sorry, I forgot.PeterRider

I usually resize the pics to 800x600, this time apparently I used 1024x768.

I'll make a nicer report next time... going to Colorado for the end of the week :-)

Just a suggestionKristin

Make the largest edge 600 pixels. 600x800 fills up more than the visible screen when you take tool bars into consideration. Or just tell me to shut up and use the F11 key!
