Been riding in the rain a lot lately. Will grease solve it? The barings still seem smooth. Where should I put the grease?

Mine wasn't squeaking as much as it was creaking, like when I got out of the saddle and stuff. Sounded similar to a creaking stem/handlebar, but it was actually coming from the Ksyrium hub ends on unpainted aluminum fork dropouts. Sounds strange, but light grease on the inside of the fork tips made it go away.
That's a good fix with any wheel. If riding in the rain, youPaul

should take the tires off the rim, or at least break the bead, to dry out. rim tape will remain wet, and push that moisture up into the spokes. I know this is a pain, but after being caught one time in a storm, I was amazed at the amount of moisture inside the rim. you should use a good oil applied to the base of the nipple, and spin the wheel to drive the oil up into the nipple. I've had K's creak at the nipple, and the drop outs. Should oil every so often anyway.
