It was stuck. And I had to get it out. IT was stuck inside the frame. and I put oil all over da tube. and then I pulled it side to side. and it got it unstuck. How can I not get its stuck again.

Grease the length of the seatpost next time before you re-insert it in the frame. If you are really really paranoid, use anti-seize instead of grease. This applies to all metal-metal contacts on the bike, such as the stem, all bolts, seatpost, etc.

ofcourse, I guess...but campy record recommeds against it, I think. Will it ruin it?

....in your Campy carbon seat post. They have been known to fail.

DO NOT grease a CF post. If your post is sticking in your seat tube, make sure the inside of the seat tube is smooth, and there are no sharp edges, if there is a slot in the tube. You may have to gently ream or hone the inside of the tube to get it smooth or bring it to the correct diameter.

Be very careful, your a$$ is on the line (literally!).
