What are the chances of 2 RBRer's being on the same training ride at the same time. Last night, I bumped into PEDDLEFOOT on the ride that I have been doing for the last few weeks.
Sorry that I wasn't more talkative, but Tues. is usually the day that I try to push my legs a little. Thurs., I usually sit in a little more.

...I've been trying to make at least one weeknight ride a week and the Sat. morning ride.You'll find that I'm usually near the back most of the time just trying to hold on.I think you did a good job of pulling the group.Hope you keep coming out to the ride.

I find that I can get a better work out at 20 MPH at the front Vs 25/26 MPH sucking wheel. It's also good for people like yourself to get out there and ride at a faster pace that you usually ride at. I enjoy the section where we can "open it up".
I would think that anyone, who can ride at 15 MPH could sit in on our ride. Riding in a paceline is the most important skill a cyclist can learn.

One of the reasons I decided to join a group was to improve my speed.I also wanted to improve my handling skills.I still have alot to learn but I think I'm getting better.

As you improve your fitness, you will be able to spend time at the front. Short times at first.
