Im guessing they do, any wheel with spokes can go out of true... about how much does it cost from a LBS to true the wheels? (about, i know it varies) also, when removing a tubular... just pull the tire off? And I'm going to switch to the tufo rim tape, what should i use to get the previous layer of glue off the rim to clean it for the tape strips?
So many questions....biknben

Yes, a carbon rim wheel can go out of true just like any other. $15-25 to true a wheel assuming no spokes need to be replaced. You just peel the tubular tire off any way you can. No need to remove old glue unless it is really nasty.
