Well I have been lurking on this site for a while now and finally have something to post. Before I start posting I thought I would take a minute and tell you a little about myself.

I live in Eagle, CO, about 30 miles west of Vail. I have been in Colorado for just over five years. I was born and raised in Chattanooga,TN. I have been riding road bikes since the mid 80's and raced for my high school. But like most, I traded my bike for a bar stool in college and did not start riding again until after college. I was on and off the bike, mostly mtn. biking, until last year. Work had kept me pretty busy. I had gain 55 pounds and that was not helping my cycling at all. I have riden regularly for a little over a year and have lost 30 pounds.

My bikes include a Independent Fabrication Crown Jewel, an old Cannondale for the trainer, a Paramount Hardtail mountain bike, a Santa Cruz Bullit set up for downhilling, and a Surley Steam Roller fixie (42 x 16).

So there I am in a nutshell.
