Do tufo tubulars fold (so that i could put them on an X lab saddlewing or anything) also, doesn anyone have experience with the saddlewing? thanks

From your post, I'm sure you haven't ever actually seen a tubular, so let me inform you of this fact: tubular tires are designed only to mount on tubular rims. You can't use them on clincher (conventional) rims.

I usually hold the presta valve open and then fold the tire from the opposite side, forcing the air out as I go; this can be messy if you injected the sealant. You can actually get them really small, though.

I do the same thing, then invert the tire back, and fold sarting at the valve end. Then, I take a common plastic grocery bag, tie it tight, and wrap the handles around the tire. Keeps it clean and small. You can use the bag to keep the glue off your hands, too.
BTW, I always pre-glue my spare tubulars.

I fold them over really small, then wrap with a 2 sided velcro strap. I carry a Tufo glue strip to glue on.
