|Just curious how many people if any use motor pacing as part of regular training program. By Motor pacing I'm refering to a friend on moped etc that is with you the whole ride not just trying to catch cars for a few meters.
If anybody does motor pace a few questions how many times per week, at what intensity or % of heart rate and any other benefits or non benefits associated with motor pacing.
any and all input is appreciated.
