|There are so many road tires out there, how do I know which ones are good for racing? I was looking on Nashbar and they have some 78 tires to pick from, just for road. What are some nice road racing/riding tires that Nashbar offers? I want to get a set of tires that are better then my cheap stock ones, but do not want to break the bank. What can you tell me?

|Check out the Michelin Axial Pro Race or Axial Carbon. The Pro Race corners slightly better and slightly less rolling resistance and less puncture resistance but I've been riding/racing with the Carbons lately with no complaints. The Pro Race is more prone to getting cuts so if you're riding through gravel on roads, etc. might want a beefier sidewall.
Found the Pro Race at a good price here:
