For live video feed head to http://www.gazzetta.it/speciali/giro2003/ (audio is in Italian so turn down the volume and then couple that with the audio feed from Eurosport
http://www.eurosport.com/home/sport_0_S18.htm and you have it all!

The first link is the video feed located under the heading LE DIRETTE DEL GIRO (mute the volume on that) and then click the second link for the live audio (only available when the Giro is going live). Then you are good to go.
