If by ghisallo you mean pneumo then no.
Either way. I find that if I don't make a consious effort to wipe sweat away with my glove then some of it will inevitebly end up in my eyes. Never thought about the helmet being responsible for where it goes but next ride I'll try to think about it.

it just collects in a big drop right in the middle and you can't wipe it much b/c most of it inside you're only touching the tail.. annoys heck of me

But when it rains, a droplet forms on the front rim of the helmet and slides back and forth where I can see it. Distracting as all hell.

I always wear a headband inside my helmets--I sweat so much that any helmet system gets overwhelmed, and an auxiliary headband works great. On long or especially hot rides I even pack a second headband and change out when the first gets saturated. Best I've found are the 3-pack of cotton ones at Performance.
