Even if you wanted to sell it to him, most individuals don't have way to process a credit card.
Use paypal, you can do credit card transactions that way.noveread

There is a fee for using a credit card transaction through paypal, but it is worth it to me. But that's just me. Also, you will have Paypal run the transaction on "his" credit card. They will be prepared for dealing with fraud, it that is the case here.

Stolen creditcard #s. When I put my bike on ebay these days, half the inquiries are from Indonesia, go figure.

Unless you want to lose you bike and end up with nothing...

Paypall will not guarantee a transaction from outside of the country. They have to be from a registered address and inside of North America. I once sold a cell phone and I got a winning bid from Australia and I considered selling it, then the winner wanted me to ship it to Indonesia..... No shipping cost was too high (classic tell tale sign) and he wanted it fast for a present. Anyway, you'll be without a bike and Paypall will decline your claim. The guy probably works in a restaurant and wrote down the credit card number of some German tourist. The problem with these guys is that they muck up your auction which may be full of good buyers. Just cancel their bids before the auction is over.

Good luck
