|I posted a question last week about numbness in my left foot and hand. It was suggested to me that I move my saddle back instead of forward to move my center of gravity. I did that and it got worse. I feel that I am really heavy on my hands.
I have purchased larger shoes, adjusted the saddle, handlebars, and everything I can think of to no avail.
I know that bike adjustments are rider specific but are there several rules of thumb as to a standard or starting point prior to specific rider adjustments?
I need some help and yes I have been to my LBS but unless you get the shop owner, I am not convinced that those there really know enough to help.

|Although I don't know how you go about ascertaining it, I would think the best solution would be to find a physical therapist or sports doctor who is very familiar with cycling. Anything I can think of that might cause your symptoms would be pure speculation.|| |
