|Finally, after waiting and getting all the parts together, my first roadie is now alive. If I didn't have those two finals on Friday, it would definitely be going out before then. Oh well, that will make the long ride on Sat. morning that much more meaningful.|

|3T makes a "Merckx bend" bar that is apparently hard to find, but popular in the pro peloton (I think Lance uses them). Rivendell sells a couple of Nitto variations on the theme (see their "Noodle" and "Dream" bars), and you can also get the Nitto B115 (my personal favorite) from any bike shop that uses QBP as a distributor. Alternately, Harris Cyclery carries them.

|Lance rides a Deda 215 in the shallow Italian bend. They also make the 215 in the Deep Belgium style and anatomical.
