Saw on CNN HN about the "Thong Cyclist"Ride-Fly

just saw a brief (no pun intended) clip of a cyclist (I don't recall from where) who rides
i his
(yes it is a
b he
) bike in nothing but a thong. Absolutely disgusting!! The clip stated that the neighbors complained to the police but the police can do nothing because he isn't breaking any laws as long as all the necessary "parts" are covered!! I think people like this give cyclist a bad name. And you know what?? If I were one of his neighbors, I'd shoot his ass with a BB gun at every chance. Do you think this reaction is too rash?? Would like your thoughts. Thanks and Ride ON!!

Well, seems like some feel shock, dismay, or disgust at the naked human body. On the beach bare cheeks may be fine, but riding a bike? On the street? Ugh!

There are surely still people who'd like to shoot a cyclist in the butt wearing lycra shorts. One of my buddies, a little embarrassed for me that I showed up at a cookout on my bike wearing lycra shorts, even as I was pulling on a pair of jeans, pointed out that they "show what ya got." I've been whistled at and "mmm, MMMNHed" by both sexes. Most of us rather admire a fit human form, but too many are afraid to admit it.

So my .02: get over it. Grow up. The cops don't seem to mind. The law permits it. You probably show some nice leg in lycra to all the neighbors. Enjoy the passing scenery.
Speaking of covering all the necessary parts...ridingthegyro

I'll never forget the time I saw a beautiful, young, naked, female cyclist one afternoon, just cruising through traffic in downtown DC a few years back. I couldn't believe my eyes.
niice! Was she some kind of protestor? Wish I was there! =) (nm)jtferraro
