|Can anyone who has experience on CAAD7 tell me something about this frame? The price and component of R1000 03' seems attractive.|

|Go ride one... make up your own mind.
I personally think that a Caad 7 frame is one of the nicest aluminium frames on the market. But don't take my word for it, go ride one for yourself.

|Yeah, they're quite attractive. I bought my r2000 after test riding the r1000. Take one out for a spin, and pick some rougher roads so you can justly evaluate the "harshness" of aluminum bikes that everyone is so quick to talk about. Just be sure to comparison ride, also a trek 2300 and a specialized comp. Four months, 2000 miles plus trainer use, mine has done well. Just don't turn away from the bike if you don't like the saddle, the pave made me numb after 15 minutes. Get the bike shop to demo you different saddles while you're at it if you don't like it. Also, I'd pick the white/silver paint scheme over the silver/red on the R1000. White/silver is super pretty.|

|My team mate just bought one. Super craftsmanship, light as a feather. Cand. actually messed up the production of his frame and he had to send it back for a new one. But, I got to check it out before my accident and it was nice. I am told by alot of owners though it dents VERY easily. Its the bst Cannondale has to offer and Cand.s are popular bikes|| |
