on Graeme Obree, the June issue. It's depressing to see what's happened to this fallen hero.

Anyone read it and have any thoughts?

I was transfixed by this account of eccentric genius squashed by the forces of conformity and narrow-mindedness.

The writer got behind the character, which helped explain his extaordinary accomplishments. An above average read for Bicycling!

The article made me want to pedal in the Praying Mantis position for an hour as a show of support for Graham's innovative thinking!

Agreed, great article about a great individual. I am a huge fan of the hardest hour in cycling.

Obree not only pushed the limits, but shattered them as well.

The kind of mind that can accomplish what he has must be so intense. It does not surprise me to hear about such highs and lows in their life.

Graeme, if you are out there, break on through!!
