|Okay, I guess I don't know that much, but you may want to watch out. Usually knee pain is caused by having the seat a little to high, or drasticly to low. So it's probably just couple of milimeters to high. I would watch out though, If it is behind the knee cap you could have even more problems. If lowering the seat doesn't help, I would recommend talking to a doctor or a sports injury person sooner rather than later.|

|I have recently been struggling with knee pain as well. Mine all started when I upgraded my pedals. I had to try out several different pedal systems with different float, etc. Someone of RBR recommended this book(link below). I purchased and its excellent.
