|Hey guys, I did my first century ride today. It was great, the weather was nice and I finally rode a hundered miles in one day! I'm so pumped, just thought I'd let ya know.|

|Well I'm in Michigan ad there's a lot of farming roads that never have any traffic on them so thats what I rode. I ended up doing two 50 mile loops.
As for the training, I'm a mountain biker most of the time and I train on the road. I didn't really prep for the century, It was kind of training in it's self.
The biggest moment was when my computer ticked over to 100. I did one of those "lance" moves by throwing my arms in the air.
