|Does anyone have any recomendations as to a good frame painter. I have an old Cannondale Cad3 frame that I am thinking of repainting and keeping. It is the Saeco paint scheme as it is and it bores me. I am thinking that I may just invest about $250 into a new paint scheme and keep the frame rather than sell it and buy a new frame for a lot more. I actually really like the frame as it fits me very well. I want to build up a nice commuter bike with no decals, but I thought I still may have a nice paint job done on it anyways.
I know about Cycle Art and Joe Bell, but does anyone have any good expirience with anyone that may do a two color pearl to metallic blue fade for under $300?
Thanks for the help and insite ahead of time.

|He's in Clearwater, Fla. He painted my Molteni Merckx and did an excellent job. He started out painting all of the frameset that Ten Speed Drive imported back in the 80's and early 90's. His number is 727/585-8475. I was very satisfied with his work on several bikes that we sent to him. My Molteni bike cost around $200 for the single color and clearcoat and I provided the decals. He did a buddy's Waterford in a bone white and black with pinstriping around the lugwork and it was f'ing beautiful!|
