I seem to remember in the early 90's that many of the riders at Paris-Roubaix were using front shocks. From the highlights of the 2003 race I didnt see anyone using them, any reasons why?

... but neither the UCI nor the European Cycling fans like that kind of "new stuff"!
It is meant to be cruel and we want to see them suffer!

almost the entire jean delatour team had rock shox rubies on their scott bikes, and I think even dario pieri who got second had a headshock on his cannondale. Don't worry my son, they are still there
Pieri's headshoked Cannondale can be seen on Graham Watson (nm)weiwentg
