To tell you the truth, I could care less about the TdF if Jan could do this do some more one day classics. Maybe he'll be at the worlds this year.

Um, the Tour of Cologne? Good for Ullrich. Were there any D1 pro teams in the field? Everybody he'll see in the Tour was at Amstel Gold - his performance at Fleche will be all the more interesting though...

If you watched it on TV you could see a racer who mind is set to win again - and that is all what counts!
It was fun to see him being that happy ...

Sure it wasn't the top riders and every top team, but a whole peloton couldn't reel him in. He's still got some kaiser in him yet!
