Apr 19, 2003 7:41 AM | | I'll be spending a long weekend in Philly at the beginning of May. Does anyone know where I might rent a decent road bike for a few days? The trip's not long enough to justify shipping or traveling with my bike.

If you can't rent a nice bike from them, just rent a hybrid and take the path along the Schuylkill to Valley Forge and back--it's flat but really pleasant, about 20-25 miles each way, and you can ride a nice loop around Valley Forge National Park to add more miles.
Another shop to try would be Trophy Bicycles at 4th and Market Streets. Not sure if they rent, tho. |
