Fit problem: After 1 yr, TT too longfbg111

After almost a year of riding, I've recently realized I have a fit problem with my 02 TCR2. The top tube is too long, and I have to stretch forward too much when on aerobars (I compete in tri's only, but road-ride to train). This wasn't a problem on the shorter 20-30 mile rides I was doing in the nine months after I first bought it, but recently I've been doing rides of 50+ miles, and it's becoming a big issue. I can't rest my shoulders directly over my elbows on the aerobars, I have to stretch my arms too far forward, so I'm constantly holding myself up with my back and arm muscles. This gets quite tiring and uncomfortable on long rides. I recently bought the Power Module device - from http://www.m2racer.com - that moves my seat forward. It helps somewhat, but doesn't solve the problem. I'm considering also getting a bent-forward tri-seat post as well, although I'm concerned that such a forward shifted seat could cause position problems. Does anyone have any advice or other ideas for solving this problem? I'm heading back to grad school this summer, so between student loans and living expenses I won't have the money to buy a new bike anytime soon.

Medium frame, 140mm stem (measured from front of stem to middle of fork tube).
