|Grrr... Ebay technical difficulties during MY auction!!!||Matno|

|I just had an auction end and the item page (along with every other item I tried) was unavailable for the last few minutes of the auction! The price I got wasn't bad, but nobody was able to bid in the last 5 minutes (which of course is when most bidding takes place!) Actually, it may have been longer than that, I just didn't check until 5 minutes before the end. Now that the auction has ended (I still can't access the item page or even my "My Ebay" page), the high bidder has been notified that he won, etc. Is there anything I can do besides complain to eBay? I'm sure they have some sort of clause relieving them of any duty in cases like this...|

|I noticed... there was a wheel that I was "watching" and the price was incredibly low at the last few minutes... there was nothing I could do to bid- and some lucky sucker bought it for a song.
It really stinks- and they STILL will receive their cut (ebay that is).
|I wouldnt sell it. Contact Ebay, tell them they f*cked up. nm||onespeed|

|A. I know ebay doesn't really have a customer service dept. They just have a computerized run around that makes you jump through a lot of hoops before you realize that you're not getting anywhere.
B. Based on past auctions ending prices, I actually got higher than the average that I've seen similar items sell for. It was just a set of pedals, and I originally got them on sale, so I am actually selling them for MORE than I paid for them 3 years ago. (They are basically still new though since they were on my much neglected road bike!) Thus, it's not worth the hassle. If I were selling a high dollar item like a whole bike, I would definitely NOT complete the transaction as is. I'm sure there are plenty of sellers who are more ticked than I am...
