|I had to see that forecast with my own eyes... thought you maybe photoshopped it;) South of here they had how many feet of snow less than a week ago?
I guess tomorrow will be a good time to drop the bike off at the shop to have the stem swapped back out... it was a recall job and they won't "let me" do it myself (and they were kind enough to give me a loaner stem while I waited forever). I need to work very late the next few days anyway.
I had the best ride tonight, and have been exploring new routes. I really like this dry heat- and few bugs and allergens...

|Are you in the new house yet ?
I too have been trying some new routes. I've been exploring the west side Minnetonka, Wayzata, Excelsior etc. I think I'm going to try to go around Lake Minnetonka this weekend. Never gone all the way around, just out and backs on the north and south sides.
Good to be back on the bike.
I broke my first spoke on my Shimano's rims on Saturday. Learned that if you break on a low count wheel....time to call the SAG. I have instructions from my wrench to try to break some more in low risk situiations before the Brevet in 3 weeks. If I can, he says we're going with something with LOTS of spokes. Nice to be taken care of.

|Winter and Roadwork season.
Went to grad school at the U. Nice place, nice people, fun town, a lifetime dose of winter in 5 years.
And you're quickly approaching that golden 4 day period when the weather is warm, but the mosquitoes have not yet hatched!
