What are you guys using to polish your parts? I want to get my Campy Record parts to look like new again, particularly the seat post. Steel wool? Sorry if this has been discussed before, but I didn't find anything with a search...

It's available at your local Autozone or Harley Davidson shop. It works very well just follow the directions. Have several rags around.

You can find it in hardware stores. Comes in a red and yellow tube. Made in Germany. Works great on polished aluminum.

Don't use steel wool. You will wind up scratching the finish on the part. Cloth and a mild polish only. If you have deep scratches or pits, you can use a polishing/buffing wheel attached to a bench grinder to clean it up. Sears sells both the polishing wheel and the bench grinder....I love mine.
