I am buying Diadora Voyager shoes primarily for commuting with straps and cages for pedals. There are no reviews for them on this site. They look lightweight and sleek like cycling shoes and appear to have a decent tread for walking to the locker room. Does anyone else use them?

I have been using the Voyager shoes for the last 3 years and they have held up remarkably well. They are very easy to walk in. I use SPD cleats and pedals on my commuter and these shoes work well although they are not terribly stiff. I do occasionally get "hot spots" with this combination, primarily in hot weather, due to the soles not being very stiff. My roundtrip commute is 20-25 miles, depending on the route I take. If you prefer straps and cages, go for it, but they will work well with SPD's.

Cheers

Great shoes! I've had a pair for 3 years and cycle 2000 miles per year. Touring type riding--30-80 miles in a day. Have gotten them rain-soaked...good for walking and all around great shoe. You can't go wrong.

Does the SPD cleat create a clomp when you walk or do they recess into the shoe?
