I am in the market for a road bike and am looking at a Tammoaso bike. I like the steel frame and price....I would be very happy to hear anyone's thoughts on the company and their bikes. Thanks for your time :)

There's no company called Tommaso. It is an italian-sounding name put on some of the generic asian-built frames (presumably in the same competitive niche as Scattante, Leader, etc.). Bikes labeled "Tommaso" are sold at very competitive prices in the US primarily through bikeswholesale.com and perhaps 1-2 others.

I know nothing of the quality. For a first road bike, you may do better developing a relationship with a local LBS and purchasing an established name. Even if you are on a budget, KHS, Specialized, and Fuji will both offer reasonably-priced steel frames.

just who do you think you are? how do you know these bike companies exist or not. do you even know who makes fuji, khs, or specialized? for one specialized is made by the merida factory china and taiwan, fuji is made by kinisis, and khs who makes these, not by khs. one thing i do know. there is a company in taiwan called leader bicycle manufacturing that has been making bike frames since the 60's. next time you decide to slander companies, or spread any lies please do your reasearch first.
