|How do i get my legs to be even strength. My left leg is a lot weaker than my right and I want to fix it. I've done been doin like 4 one leg spins for a minute with my left leg but it doesnt seem to be doin much. Any advice is greatly appreciated.|

|Not sure where you're from, but here in New England, we're forced onto the trainer from November 1 to April 1. We spend a lot of training time working on these specific skills. Best way is to ride the spinner (or bike in fixed trainer). Un-clip a leg and go mono-ped for 3 minutes. Make your pedaling as circular as possible by pulling and pushing evenly throughout the entire revolution. After 3 minutes, switch legs and un-clip the other. Do 5 sets per leg; about 30 minutes leaving 1/2 hour for wind sprints or time trial or spin-up cadence work, or even weights if that's your bag. YMVM|

|That rounded out the uneveness in my legs. The forced rotation makes sure one leg is not favored.
You might even find you like it, so be careful!
