Training rides in pasadena areateacher

I posted this on the group ride part also but was wondering if there were any good training rides that included some climbing. I already know about the rose bowl, and saturday morning descanso garden rides in this area but wasn't sure if there were any other good weekly group rides. thanks

Yes, Tuesday and Thursdays, meets 8:30am at Riverside and Warner Ave. in Burbank. It is a toughy. Climb is up Chevy Chase and up through La Crescenta.

Hey thanks for the info. Unfortunately I work during that time. Are there any sunday rides. I guess I was really looking for info on sunday group rides that include climbs. By the way how many miles does the group go for those tues thurs rides up chevy chase and about how many people show up? Thanks again.

they go to La Tuna Canyon. ~2000ft I would say.
They make 2 groups, the fastest goes first. Meeting 8:30am ? 8:45am ? At the parking lot of the Griffith park zoo. It's not a very long ride, maybe 20-30 miles ? But people in this group are very nice.
