Ottawa-area riders...any info on the Paris-Roubaix race?...SS_MB-7

I'm interested in doing the upcoming Paris-Roubaix race on April 27th, but I would like some more details on the race. In particular, the distance, course description, cost, etc.

The OBC webpage just indicates the date and time and references the old OBC Cyclocross URL (which is now www.breakawayskate.com/cx), but there is no 2003 race info.

Do most use road bikes, MTBs with slicks, cross bikes?

I've seen pictures, mix of cross bikes and mountain bikes. I have not raced in this event; probably will not. Call the office, they are open today 3-8 pm 230 1064. I've e-mailed Wheelers for information, if I find out more I'll post it here for you.

While we're on it, have you seen our local racing scene calender? Check out the wheelers website http://www.wqwheelers.com/ and click on 'events'.
I'm only going to do a few road races....SS_MB-7

I'm only going to do a handful of road races (Paris-Roubaix, Grand Prix, etc.) since my primary focus is MTB racing....in particular, training for a 24 hr solo MTB race on a singlespeed. I'll use the road races I do enter in as "training" rides more than anything else. Although, I am planning on more road training this season then any other season before.
